A standard 3-to-4 seater sofa typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. A standard bedroom carpet takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. We never rush our appointments; we take the time required to rinse out residues and groom fabric fibers thoroughly.

Drying times vary depending on the material, level of soiling, how much moisture is required during cleaning, ventilation, humidity and the weather.

As a general guide, upholstery can take around 4–8 hours to dry, while carpets generally take around 6–12 hours. Some thicker carpets, rugs and heavily soiled items may take longer.

Good ventilation and airflow can significantly speed up the drying process. We always extract as much moisture as possible during the cleaning process to help your items dry efficiently.

For the best results, we recommend keeping freshly cleaned areas well ventilated and avoiding heavy use until they are completely dry.

We remove the vast majority of everyday stains, food marks, pet accidents, beverage spills, and traffic discoloration. However, we believe in honest advice: stains that have set permanently or chemically altered the fiber dye (such as bleach or untreated hot tea) cannot always be reversed. We will inspect and give you an honest evaluation before beginning.

Yes. Rather than masking odours with heavy artificial fragrances, we use bio-enzymatic neutralisers that break down bacteria and organic matter at the source, leaving a fresh, naturally clean environment.

We clean linen, cotton, polyester, viscose blends, velvet, boucle, outdoor performance fabrics, wool, and natural jute. Every fiber is tested for dye stability and pH compatibility prior to applying any wet solutions.

We can assist with moving suitable and light furniture where practical, including couches/sofas and light tables, to clean underneath and behind them. However, customers should not assume that we move every type of heavy, oversized, or delicate furniture (such as large entertainment units, filled bookcases, or fragile antiques) for safety and protection reasons.

We take great care to protect your home. We use waterproof drop sheets, protective floor coverings, and corner guards to ensure surrounding hard floors, wooden surfaces, and adjacent walls remain completely safe and dry throughout the cleaning process.

We do not offer general Airbnb cleaning, housekeeping, or turnover refresh services. Instead, we assist Airbnb hosts and property managers with the specialised cleaning of upholstery/couches, rugs, carpets, and mattresses.
